Customer signature on work order
Just like on service orders, you can now activate customer signatures on work orders. You can find the settings in Group settings – Module settings – Work order settings. There you will also find more requirements that can be set for a work order to be signed. To set these, admin rights are required.
Updating the position of several facilities via the collection function is done quickly and easily
Do this:
- Go to Register – Facility.
- Click on the collection icon.
- Click + Collection function to open the map.
- Mark all facilities you want to update by clicking Yes after any facility under the heading Has an address, then all those who have an address will be marked or mark all those who have No under Has place.
- Then click on the text Update position from address on the left under the map. Now the system will search for those who have an address but not a position and mark these.
- Then click Save on the right under the map. Done!
New Service order setting
If you do not want to use the system’s “Status” field and expression on service orders, you can choose to remove it. Uncheck Show status in the Service order settings.
This has been requested by customers who have chosen to create Custom status for service orders and/or want service orders to be more like work orders.
Cost center
Field for Cost Center have been added to Agreements.
If you have a cost center at the facility, this can be included in the quotation when you print with your own print template. Use the {Facility} tag.
Duplicate Quotation
At the bottom of a quote there is now a link to duplicate a quote.
Filter on single column
By selecting the list view and clicking the arrow next to a category, entering a search term and clicking enter, you can filter in that particular column.
