CHAT
Create	The user is allowed to create and name new chats.

SELF CHECKS		Note that even a customer user with the correct settings can perform self-checks. Link: Create self-checks
View	The user can add, view and perform self-checks.
Create	The user can create new self-checks.
Edit	The user can edit self-checks.
Delete	The user can remove a self-check from an order.

FAULT REPORT		Link: Fault report
View	Gives the user the permission to view fault reports.
Create	Gives the user the permission to add fault reports.
Edit	Gives the user the permission to edit fault reports.
Delete	Gives the user the permission to remove fault reports.
Convert to work order	Gives the user the permission to create a work order based on the fault report.
Remove/edit uploaded file	Gives the user the permission to delete files and modify uploaded files and folders.

DELIVERY NOTES
View	User can view delivery notes
Restore	The user can restore a delivery note. The link to orders is then removed.

View	The user can view pre work check templates.
Edit	The user can edit pre work check templates.
Create	The user can create pre work check templates.
Delete	The user can delete pre work check templates.	Templates in use cannot be deleted.

SALES ORDER		Link: Sales order
View	Gives the user the permission to view sales orders.
View assigned	Gives the user the permission to view sales orders assigned to them.
Edit	Gives the user the permission to edit sales orders.
Edit assigned	Gives the user the permission to change sales orders assigned to them.
Create	Gives the user the permission to create sales orders.
Delete	Gives the user the permission to delete sales orders.
Cancel	Gives the user the permission to cancel sales orders.
Invoice	Gives the user the permission to send sales orders to invoicing.
Assign	Gives the user the permission to assign sales orders to themselves and others.
Assign to self	Gives the user the permission to assign sales orders to themselves.
Remove/edit uploaded file	Gives the user the permission to delete files and modify uploaded files and folders.
View all custom statuses	If you mark a custom status as “Requires permission”, only users with the permission to see all custom statuses can see and search for them. Users without the permission will simply not get any hits when searching.	Link: Custom status

GROUP MODELS		For the vast majority, it only says Model in the system. Link: Models
View	Gives the user the permission to view models. Both in the list view and in the detail view.
Edit	Gives the user the permission to edit models.	If a model changes, linked service objects and orders may need to be updated. This can only be done by an admin. Link: How to update linked service object
Create	Gives the user the permission to create new models.

Upload	Gives the user the permission to upload documents.

View assigned	Gives the user the permission to view contact orders assigned to them.

Delete	Gives the user the permission to delete contact orders.
Assign	Gives the user the permission to assign contact orders to themselves and other users.
Assign to self	Gives the user the permission to assign contact orders to themselves.

CUSTOMER
View	Gives the user the permission to view the list and details of customers.
View assigned	Gives the user the permission to see and search customers they are assigned to.
Edit	Gives the user the permission to change the customer information.
Edit assigned	Gives the user the permission to change the customers they are assigned to.	If you are assigned to a customer, you will automatically receive notifications if the customer, for example, has filed a fault report.
Create	Gives the user the permission to add new customers.
Delete	Gives the user the permission to delete customers.	It is better to inactivate the customer to retain the history of work performed with the customer.
Upload	Gives the user the permission to upload files and images to the customer card.
Create customer account	Gives the user the permission to add customers as users of the system so that they can log in, follow ongoing work and approve work and service orders, etc.	Link: Customer user
Edit customer user permission	Gives the user the permission to change a customer’s permission in the system, such as being able to log in, follow ongoing work and approve work and service orders, etc.
Remove customer user	Gives the user the permission to remove a customer user.
Assign	Gives the user the permission to assign a customer to another user.
Remove/edit uploaded file	Gives the user the permission to delete files and modify uploaded files and folders.
