Permissions Service protocols

ViewThe user can view and search service protocols.
View assignedThe user can view and search assigned service protocols.
CreateThe user can create a protocol. A protocol is created when you click Perform service.
EditThe user can edit a service protocol.
Edit assignedThe user can edit assigned service protocols.
DeleteThe user can delete service protocols.
CancelThe user can cancel service protocols.
InvoiceThe “Ready for Invoicing” button appears. Once you click that button, “Mark as Invoiced” appears.See Service Protocol Settings for settings that affect how the protocol is set for invoicing. For example: “Set ready for invoicing on signed” and Ask “Send to ERP?” when protocol is completed”.
Generate invoiceThe user has the permission to generate an invoice and if you have an integration with an accounting program, the user can send the invoice there.
The user sees the button “Send order to accounting program”.
See Service Protocol Settings for settings that affect how the protocol is set for invoicing. For example: “Set ready for invoicing on signed” and Ask “Send to ERP?” when protocol is completed”.
With both Invoice and Generate Invoice, you will see both the “Mark as invoiced” and “Send order” buttons.
Email protocolThe user can email the protocol.
Remove check pointsThe user can remove check points by clicking the “dust bin”.
SignThe user has the permission to sign protocols.
Set individual readyUsed when each assigned technician should be able to mark their part of an order complete. Only when all assigned technicians have marked the order complete can the order be completed.
Conditions: The technician must be assigned to the order.

Remove/edit uploaded fileGives the user the permission to delete files and modify uploaded files and folders.
Change template
Add service objectWhen performing a service protocol, you have the permission to add a completely new service object.Link: Create new Service object
