Do you want to change your password?
- Sign in on app.serviceprotocol.com
- Click on your username. On a computer, you see it at the top right. On mobile at the bottom of the menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page (Account Settings) and click the Edit Password link.
- Enter your current password and enter a new password.
- Save
Have you forgotten your password?
Click on Forgot your password? in the login box and fill in your username (your email address).
You will receive an email with a link. Click the link and enter a new password.
