Invoiced to

Step 1. Activate the function

Start by activating the “Invoiced to” function. You do this under Group settings – Module settings. To activate the setting, you need to have admin permissions. You mark the setting on the functions the field “other customer” should show.

  • In Service object settings check: Invoiced to enabled
  • In Facility settings check: Invoiced to enabled
  • In Work order settings – View settings check: Show invoiced to
  • In Service order settings check: Show invoiced to
  • In Sales order settings – View settings check: Show invoiced to

Step 2. Add customer

Enter the customer details in your customer register.

Step 3. Select customer

Search for and select the customer on the order, facility or service object

If you specify that a facility or object is to be invoiced to another customer, this applies:

  • If you add an order to a facility that is invoiced to another customer, that customer is automatically added to the order.
  • If the service object has a different invoiced customer set – this customer is selected instead of the facility’s.
