This symbol indicates that you can process several articles, objects, functions at the same time. The collection function contains different possibilities depending on which function it is connected to. Here are some examples.
Always start by doing a filtering or a search so that the list does not become too extensive and the search too “heavy”. Then click on the collection icon.
To prevent updates from taking too long time, the system limits the number of records you can have open in the collection function to 1000. If you have more than that, a popup appears where you can choose which page you want to load into the collection function for editing. Each page contains a maximum of 1000 entries.
You set filters by clicking on this symbol and selecting the filters you want to use.
You can sort the list by clicking on the headings when list view is choosen.
Then click the collection symbol.
The filters or/and search will shown under USED SEARCH FILTERS.
Select what to change
Select the records you want to change. You can click on a name to select all, a tag to select all tags, etc…
Service objects
For Service objects, there are a number of functions for changing several objects at the same time:
- use fixed service interval or not
- use match previous service or not
- update service
- delete service objects
- set tags
- set number of service order to be automatically generated
Print QR labels
You can also print QR code for service objects. Read more about QR codes.
Customer
On collection function for Customer you can:
- add or remove Assigned to technician
- add or remove tags
- delete marked customers
- change sub groups
Article register
On collection function for the Article register you can:
- set or change tags on articles
- remove articles
- hide articles for logged in customer and when printing
- link articles to subgroups
- set article group on articles
- add VAT
- print QR codes
Facility
On Facility you can:
- delete marked facilities
- tag several facilities
- change the service collision time span. Just check the facilities, add a number and click Edit
- change/remove Assigned to
- update position if facility has an address.
To update position, do as follows:
- Click + Collection function.
- Mark everyone who has an address by clicking Yes after any item under the heading Has address, then everyone who has an address alt is marked. do you mark all who have No after Has space.
- Then click on the text Update position from address on the left under the map. Now the system will search for those who have an address but not a position and mark these. Feel free to scroll down the list to see that the selection was correct.
- Then click Save on the right under the map. Ready!
Work order
On collection function for Work Orders you can:
- mark as invoiced
- send to the accounting program
- sign
- remove
- set tags
- change/remove assigned to
Service protocol
On Service Protocol the collection function provides the option to:
- mark as invoiced
- send order
- sign
Service order
On Service Order the collection function provides the option to:
- delete
- add/change/remove Assigned to technician
- add or remove tags
Storage articles
For Storage articles the collection function is used to create a stocktaking.
