Updates 3 June – Booking stash, new Service point option …

Planner

Added Booking Stash

We added a column for temporarily orders when you need to move an order from a date and not yet know to when.

Drag and drop to or from the column Booking stash.

Activate the booking stash in the settings for the Planner.

Want to go directly to the order from the Planner on click?

Set this option under the settings in the Planner. Mark the box Go direct to order on clicking a booking.

If this box is not marked a click opens the Edit booking popup as usual.

So now there are at least three ways to customize what should happen when you click on a day or orders in the planner:

  • Change a booking
  • Add a new order
  • Go directly to an order

Minor layout change in the popup in the Planner

At the same time, we took the opportunity to re-layout the popup when you clicked on an order or an empty day to create an order.

We split the popup into two fields so you don’t have to scroll to access the Remove / Save / Add buttons. If you run on mobile, the popup is still one (1) column.

Todo

Add-order-button now includes links to SalesOrder and Offer. Order of links is now same as tabs.

Service orders with protocols that are ready for invoicing are displayed in Todo.

Service Components

Added yes/no as an option to the service template.

Service template point yes/no
