New Service object setting – Force overlapping service intervall

The new service object setting “Force overlapping service intervals” is checked by default and if the intervals do not overlap you will receive a warning. You can read more about service intervals in the article about adding a service object.

If you uncheck this setting, however, you can enter intervals that do not overlap and you will not receive a warning.

The effect can be, as an example: An object must be serviced 3 times / year. You enter 3 intervals and 3 orders are created. As soon as you execute an order, a new one is created based on the executed interval. You will therefore always have 3 orders under Next service.

Now you see which records could not be uploaded. Hover over the green upload mark and a popup will open. In the case of certain errors, you also see why the record could not be uploaded.

Have custom statuses on service order?

Now you also see these under advanced search/filter on Service order, in To do and Statistics. We are not quite sure how they will be presented, so changes will be made. Right now, everyone is in a list.

Learn how to create and use custom status on work orders. A special article about custom status is in progress.
