Create templates and you will avoid a lot of boring repetitive work and copying of service points and information.
The system contains several different template functions:
- Service template for service order. See article: Create and handle service templates.
- Booking confirmation templates. See article: Email / SMS
- Info template for service object “Custom info”. See article: Create and use custom info template.
- Templates for permissions. See article: Create permission templates
- Self-check on work order. See Create self-check templates. Self-checks can also be used as risk analysis.
- Create your own templates for printing orders, protocol … See article: Print templates.
You can see that you can use a template by the text Select template (except for the email template). This is what it looks like in Service Order when you add a service object.
