New user permission

When performing a service protocol, you can add a service object. To be able to add a service object, this permission is required.

Click on the user’s name in Group Settings. Scroll down to Service Protocol and you will now see a new permission – “Add Service Objects”.

The setting requires admin permission.

Choose default for your own print template – mark the star

By clicking the star to the right of a template in the settings, you specify which template should be displayed at the top of the popup. If you have not marked a print template with the star, it is always the standard template, i.e. the one included in the system, that is displayed.

Purchase Order – Small change in status and colors

Just like with other orders, you can see the status of your purchase orders through the color markings. We have clarified what the color purple means.

Green: Created, i.e. Planned for the future.Green can also mean that the order has no date.

Orange: Sent

Purple: Partially delivered

Blue: Done i.e. Fully delivered

Red marks a missed (passed) delivery date.

Customer signatur on Sales order

You can now use customer signatures on sales orders as well. Activate the feature in Group Settings – Sales Order Settings under Signature Settings. You can also choose to require a customer signature to mark the order as complete.

Save a favourite filter

With admin permissions you can save favourites that is shown for all users

Now you can save a favourite filter in (almost) every place you search. Click Save Settings and a popup will appear where you can choose.

If you have admin permissions, you can save filters that will be visible to everyone in your group. You will see more choices when you click Save Settings.

News about the collection function

The collection function
Change VAT type and type (business/private) on customer

Since you can now specify both the type (Business or Private) and choose whether VAT should be added to the customer’s orders, etc., we have added a way for you to set this via the collection function.

Inactivate articles

We have in the Article register’s collection function added so that you can inactivate multiple articles.

Added tags to the Rental module in the Planner

We have begun development of the Rental Module. As a first step, the tags you have placed on objects are now selectable in the planner.
