| View | The user can view and search the article register and open article records. | |

| Edit | The user can change information about an article. | |
| Create | The user can add a new article. The setting also controls whether a new article can be added to an order. | Work Order, Service Order, Sales Order and Quote setting that affects: “Require articles from registry”. If you have this, you cannot add new articles to the Article register via an orders or quotes. |
| Delete | Enables the user to remove articles. | An article can only be deleted if it does not appear in any order, agreement, quote, etc. Then choose to inactivate the article. |
| Change which user added an article | Whoever adds an article to an order is automatically listed as Added by. With this permission, you can change who added the article. | |
| Set time report info | The user can specify on an article that the article is a time article, i.e. used to create a time report. | All articles that you want to be sent with a time report must have this setting. Link: Time articles |
