New print templates tags

Tags for assigned {Assigned} etc. You can find all tags for assigned in the article Tags for address, contact, signature, assigned and article.

New tag in the editor

In Email Settings – Templates, we have added a tag for the service object’s serial number. You can find it under “Tags” in the editor.

Child object changed to Sub object

The name of child objects has been changed to sub objects.

Project development

Projects have start and end dates and you can filter by date. The date filter searches for project periods that overlap the selected interval.

There are more categories to choose from in the list view, the ability to import and export projects, and the ability to add multiple contacts.

New Sales order settings

Choose whether the latest change should be shown on sales orders. This setting is selected by default, but if you have previously chosen in Work Order Settings not to show latest comments, you will get the same setting on Sales orders.

New Fortnox Setting

Include cost center on time report
Sends the cost center from the work order or service protocol when the time report is sent to Fortnox. This is the default setting. Change only if you need to be able to send a cost center that is not in Fortnox.
By default, Fortnox requires that the cost center you send also exists in Fortnox.

Right now, the setting is under Send order/invoice but will (probably) be moved to the Time report heading.
