Get statistics on fault reports

The report provides the number of fault reports, generated quotes, work orders, etc. You get statistics on how long it took to handle the fault reports and a list of the fault reports.

Statistics is not a standard feature. Let us know if you want to activate the function.

Tags for Timers
Tags for Self-checks

Fortnox + Project

Fortnox can now sync projects in both directions, including name, date, description and status. There is also an integration setting that you can find under Integrations – Fortnox – Sync – Sync update project.

Service object + Project

Service objects can now be linked to projects and the project can follow when a service or quote is created from the object. You only see the link on the service object, not on the project.

News regarding service objects

If you create a service order manually and select an object in the model database with an interval, that template is automatically selected if there is only one interval on the object. If there are more, nothing is automatically selected.

Quotation news

In quote settings you can now create order types, choose a color for them, a default print template and link the order types to custom fields. You can also filter, sort and mass edit (via the collection function). On the quote you can then choose to specify the order type.

Learn more about order types here.

Quote also has a new button at the bottom – Create new version. The new version will have the same number with the addition of -1, etc.
