Add user

Each new user generates a new license. Your charge will change automatically.

Adding a new user requires admin permission.

How to add a new user:

  1. Enter the page Group’s settings and click on the link at the bottom of the page –  “Add new user”
  2. Fill in the user’s email address. The email address becomes the username they log in with.
    • The username must be a valid email address.
    • Read the text and accept by pressing the button.
    • The user receives the account information sent to them via email.
  3. Once you have clicked on Create User, you will be taken to the page “Manage account”. Here you can set information about the user, such as working hours, name, phone number, which notifications the user should receive, etc. Learn more about these settings in the article – User settings.
  4. Select permissions for the user, i.e. what the user will be able to see and do in the system. Don’t forget to save the changes at the bottom.
Add a View Only Users

Should an employee, etc., only be able to read, not be able to add or change anything? Make the person a Read Only User. You can find the feature at the bottom of the group settings page – Create a View Only User.

Adding a view only user does not generate a new license and is free of charge.

View only users can also be used if you have a tool, car or similar that can be booked via the planner. The read user must then have the Assign permission in the Planner.
