Each new user generates a new license. Your charge will change automatically.
To add a new user to the system the administrator permissions.
How to add a new user
- Sign in with the administrator account.
- Enter the group’s settings by clicking on the group’s name on the home page.
- Go to the bottom of the buttons and select Add user.
- Fill in the user’s account details.
- The username must be a valid email address.
- Read the text and accept by pressing the button. The user receives the account information sent to them via email.
- Select permissions for the user and save the changes. The user has no permissions before saving.
Add a View Only Users
Should an employee, etc., only be able to read, not be able to add or change anything? Make the person a Read Only User. You can find the feature at the bottom of the group settings page – Create a View Only User.
Adding a view only user does not generate a new license and is free of charge.
View only users can also be used if you have a tool, car or similar that can be booked via the planner. The read user must then have the Assign permission in the Planner.
